Reservations are confirmed on receipt of your reservation by email or by phone. Bookings must be paid by acceptable and valid credit card, bank transfer or by cash.

All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate.

Rates are per room per night. If you have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the booking.

Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

The minimum stay is three nights.

We currently operate a Covid-Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future or we will cancel your booking and refund the full amount.

We welcome 2 well-behaved dogs in each gite.

We welcome children at our Gite Rouge family accommodation and provide a high chair, travel cot and stair guard. Please contact us for further details.

Our Gite Bleu accommodation is not set up for families with small children. Please contact us if you are considering staying with children.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times.  If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. There is a late checkout option for €30.  Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.

Yes, we provide free Wifi which is stable and fast.

Abjat-sur-Bandiat is a 5 minutes drive from Les Bardeaux.

We will be happy to organise a welcome pack and extra shopping for your arrival. Please let us know in advance what you need.

No, we supply clean bed linen and towels for your stay.

Thank you for asking! Yes, we do. Treading mud through the house makes extra work for you during your stay and for our cleaners when you leave. We really appreciate that you leave your muddy boots and all muddy items at the door. We have supplied a boot cleaner and a little deposit box to leave them until your next wear!
